If you're needing to refuel after class, our nutrition bar offers the finest post-workout meals, drinks and smoothies. We have dry saunas and a private locker room. Our members have free parking.

Shape Up instructors motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments before and after an exercise program improvements in physical fitness.

We educate in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health, and nutrition guidelines.
