Get the most out of your Gym and Fitness experience at Shape Up! Centre. We cater to every Gym and fitness need — and you’ll find everything from cardio equipment by strength training and Mind and body classes.

We have always small group training classes - directed to individual need. You can burn calories with high-intensity group exercise such as HIIT, CrossFit or choose RPM, Body Step, Zumba or Tabata classes. Enjoy the low impact mindfulness of our yoga classes, stretch and relax classes and Pilates.

Our trainers will introduce you to new considerations for your workout routine and introduce the proper and safe use of our gym equipment. Our dedicated team ensures the best fitness experience. They show you tips for gym and fitness exercises, as well, how to choose the best nutrition for you.

Shape Up! is comfortable, clean and secure. Amenities also include a private locker room, free parking and facilities with dry saunas.

Increase your metabolism and burning calories. Learn how the breath can calm the mind; increase your mobility and flexibility whilst building muscle strength and stamina.

Classes work out your whole body, increasing your metabolism and burning calories. With everything from yoga, by stretch & Relax to Pilates, you'll find the class you love.

Properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon, and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, increased fitness and improved cardiac function.

Training commonly uses the technique of progressively increasing the force output of the muscle through incremental weight increases and uses a variety of exercises and types of equipment to target specific muscle groups.
